Use this form to request a SQL account for the class. This will generate an email to the course instructor with the information filled out and a hashed version of your password using MySQL's PASSWORD function. Your username should be your NetID, and your password will be used to connect to the database. This can be the same password or a different one from your 337 account password. Do not use your Net ID password here.
